Offers continue to pile up for Woodberry Forest (Va.) Woodberry Forest School athlete Aramide Olaniyan. The 6-foot-2, 201-pounder pulled in his sixth offer yesterday, the latest coming from the SEC.
"Auburn offered me yesterday," he said. "I think Virginia and North Carolina should be coming next. I'm also talking to Virginia Tech. Their staff is still evaluating my film to see where I project at."
The latest offer from the Tigers puts Olaniyan at six with others from Boston College, Duke, Maryland, Stanford and Wake Forest.
On Wednesday, the Commonwealth prospect made the trip to Virginia to take in the Cavaliers basketball game against Virginia Tech.
"I went there to familiarize myself with the staff. It went well," he stated. "It was great. I had a lot of fun and got to see the basketball game. I met with Coach Lineburg. He took me around campus and I got to see how things are."
With offers beginning to pile up, what does Olaniyan think of the attention?
"It's great. I'm definitely enjoying it and trying to see which school is best for me. I'll probably be making an early decision by the end of the summer so I can help my team out to the best season possible next year."
