Recruiting is heating up across the country with junior days being held and the beginning of the camp and 7-on-7 circuit. Here’s the latest chatter from the Midwest from Rivals national recruiting analyst Greg Smith.

The Iowa signal-caller took his first visit to Texas A&M and really liked what the program had to offer. The people inside the building and the program's trajectory stood out to Manke during his time in College State.

Iowa State, Nebraska and Iowa have also been heavily recruiting him.

McNutt has had a very busy January. The four-star prospect visited Ohio State earlier in the month for another great visit. Plenty of college coaches have visited his high school including USC coach Lincoln Riley.

McNutt picked up an offer from Miami while down in the Sunshine State for the Battle Miami 7v7 Tournament. The other programs are chasing Ohio State for his signature.

Programs from coast to coast are lining up to offer Cure. The 6-foot-6, 220-pound tight end has everything you want in a player at the position. He was in Miami with his 7-on-7 team this weekend and was offered by the Hurricanes. He hasn’t let on which programs are his favorites yet but has no shortage of opportunities.

Montgomery is one of the top quarterbacks in the country left on the board. He had another great trip to South Carolina recently. Coach Shane Beamer and his staff have made Montgomery a priority and the Ohio native feels the love.

A program to watch here is Georgia. Montgomery had a great visit in Athens and loves the competitive nature of coach Kirby Smart’s program.

Kentucky, Louisville, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Michigan State are in the mix for visits and this weekend he's planning to be at Florida.

Rinehart figures to be one of the top running backs in the region for the 2025 cycle. He was terrific during his junior season racking up 3,003 all-purpose yards and 46 touchdowns in 12 games.

He had a terrific visit to Syracuse last weekend that has the Orange at the top of his board. Minnesota recently offered and is another program to watch.

The Millard South (Neb.) standout recently took a Junior Day visit to Nebraska which he raved about. However, this isn’t just a slam dunk for the in-state program. His brother plays at Kansas State and the Wildcats are recruiting him hard. Oklahoma is in the mix too.

Loftin took a visit to USC last weekend and was blown away by the campus. A trip to Alabama is up next for him.

The four-star Ohio defensive back was at Syracuse this week to reconnect with coach Fran Brown. Brown recruited Galloway when he was still at Georgia and things have only progressed from there.

Syracuse will be a factor in his recruitment until the end. Galloway has also visited Penn State this month.
