McClellan is a very good linebacker out of Ohio and, after seeing him in person this spring, he might be the best coverage linebacker in the state. Missouri did a great job to land his commitment in April. However, things could get interesting here if Ohio State makes a serious push.
The Buckeyes have three good linebackers in the class but if there ends up being room for a fourth then McClellan makes perfect sense as a top target.

McNutt choosing Oregon earlier this month was a very close call. There were many people that believed he’d pick Texas A&M. He’s got ties to the Aggies and family in the area. Oregon is a great program but there will be a lot of pressure for him to reconsider Texas A&M throughout the year. Especially if the team shows promise during its first season under new coach Mike Elko.

The game of quarterback musical chairs doesn’t take much before it gets ramped up into overdrive. If Deuce Knight flips to Auburn there will be a trickle-down effect on other signal callers in the 2025 class.
The first is clearly Notre Dame would need to replace Knight. Ward is one of two quarterbacks in the Kentucky class currently. He might be receptive to a pitch from the Irish when the team needs to fill a hole in the class.

Penn State dipped into Kansas for Woods and it was a good early evaluation for coach James Franklin and his staff. Now the question is as Woods’ profile continues to rise can the Nittany Lions hold on to him?
Woods is going to play more inside linebacker during his senior season, which will bring a new set of coaches and schools to the table. It’s also worth watching what kind of season Penn State has under Franklin.
