Mitchell has been climbing up the rankings for a while now and his MVP performance at the Charlotte Rivals 3 Stripe Camp presented by adidas added to his momentum. It's really impressive to see how well he moves in the open field at 6-foot-3, 232-pounds. Mitchell is a punishing hitter during the season and destroys game plans with the way he blitzes. If he's also able to make a lot of plays in pass coverage this season, there will be no way for offenses to stay away from him. Florida State and Ohio State are Mitchell's top two heading into his commitment within the next couple weeks.

Walker's progress this offseason has been truly impressive. He's filled out his frame and that added strength has made him much more effective. Walker's patience as a pass blocker, improved technique, and tenacity will serve him well and helped him earn an invitation to the Rivals Five-Star Challenge presented by adidas. Penn State, Maryland, Ohio State, North Carolina, Virginia Tech and Rutgers are Walker's top six, but a decision isn't coming until August at the earliest.

Defensive backs continue to underestimate Adams when they line up across from him. He is such a smooth runner but is very explosive and flies past defensive backs with ease. Adams displayed great concentration at the Charlotte Rivals 3 Stripe Camp and made some really tough leaping catches. Quarterbacks loved throwing the ball his way because he consistently created a lot separation, giving them a big window to get him the ball.

Pitts has excelled in every situation and setting this offseason. He runs pretty well for a tight end and has no problem getting around defenders and fighting through contact. Pitts has excellent hands and made a lot of acrobatic catches at the New Jersey Rivals 3 Stripe Camp. Not only is Pitts a big-time receiving threat, he is also a good blocker and is strong at the point of attack. Florida, Georgia, Virginia Tech, Tennessee, Oklahoma and UCLA are Pitts' top schools right now and plans to visit Georgia this coming weekend and Florida on June 10.

Brown has been a regular on the camp scene for some time and has put up big numbers throughout his high school career. The West Virginia commit is an excellent receiver out of the backfield and is very explosive off his plant foot. Brown has no problem creating separation from defenders in the open field and can fight off contact when coming out of the backfield. As a runner, Brown has good speed around the edge and has a knack for finding the cutback lane.

TWO DOWN

Ruckert is a big target with good hands and will have success in college, but he still has some things to work on before moving up the rankings again. Linebackers didn't have to work too hard to keep up with Ruckert in the open field. He is going to face bigger and faster defenders at the next level, so it's important for him to be able to separate from defenders and give quarterbacks a bigger space to throw the ball. Ohio State, Notre Dame, Michigan and Wisconsin are battling for his commitment.

Provillon is an imposing figure when he lines up and he has the physical tools to be a dominant receiver, but he hasn't been having as much success as he should. His overall speed and route running abilities are still coming along and those are prerequisites before being rated like an elite receiver. Provillon's hands could also be more consistent. Penn State, NC State, Louisville and Michigan State are really doing the best job with him so far, but there is room for other schools to enter the picture.
