The trend of schools offering players earlier along in their football careers continues to be more the norm than an aberration and on Tuesday night the Miami Hurricanes extended an offer to Class of 2020 Marietta, Ga. quarterback Harrison Bailey.
The 6-foot-3, 185-pound prospect visited the school this week and after talking with the coaches learned he had earned an offer.
Bailey is set to attend Powder Springs (Ga.) Hillgrove High School in the fall, a program that has produced stars like former Alabama running Kenyan Drake.
According to the Rivals.com database, Bailey is the first Class of 2020 prospect to receive an offer from the Hurricanes. Overall, there are seven players in the 2020 class with offers, four of which are from the state of Georgia.
