Metroplex LB pulls the trigger
The second official visit for linebacker Jake Proctor did the trick.
The 6-foot-2, 210-pound Fort Worth (Texas) Arlington Heights linebacker took an official visit to Navy this past weekend. Proctor left so impressed that he had a decision made.

"Everything fit in the right place that I made the commitment to the Naval Academy," Proctor said. "We got a lot of attention from the coaches and the other players. It was really about the career opportunities that the Naval Academy opens up for you. It's also a strong alumni group."
Proctor says that other schools like California who has shown late interest will not be getting in on the race.
"No, this is it for me," Proctor, who also head an offer from Wyoming, said. "California had a guy pull out on a commitment so I think they may try to call and set something up, but I'm going to tell them no.
"I'm excited about my commitment."
