McNeil still has one trip left

Ellenwood (Ga.) Cedar Grove offensive lineman Marcus McNeil has eliminated one team from his list and has a leader still.
"I'm not going to visit Miami this weekend, and now I'm going to Georgia Tech on Feb. 1," McNeil said. "There is just something about Georgia Tech that has caught my eye now.

"It'd be something that would keep me here near home, and I'm thinking about that more and more now. It's near home and I'm used to this environment. It wouldn't take that much adjusting."
But McNeil said Tennessee remains his leader, with Georgia Tech and Auburn right behind the Vols. UNC is slipping, he said, because they don't have the right engineering program that he's looking for.
"Tennessee is still up there," McNeil said. "I still think about my visit up there all the time. I was a surprised at how much I liked Auburn, too. I could be a good fit there. And we'll see how things go with Tech."
