MacMillan pulls in a new offer

Offensive tackle Nolan MacMillan added another offer yesterday. Who is the latest team to pull the trigger on the 6-foot-6, 284-pounder and what does he think about it?
"I got an offer from Virginia yesterday," he said. "I was very excited. It is really one of the schools I'm very interested in. I talked with Coach Borbely who came down and told me they offered. He also mentioned a lot of things in Virginia that are important to me. He mentioned how if I go to Virginia I can be part of a great line, that's something I appreciate being part of."

"Plus, they have a great academic background and the ACC is a good conference, plus they have a good history of offensive linemen."
MacMillan hasn't scheduled a visit to Virginia to date, but mentioned he is considering one for January.
The No. 45 prep school prospect noted one thing about the offer from Virginia and other schools he's still waiting on.
"I've been kind of waiting for the more academic schools to come in like Virginia, Boston College, California and Stanford," he said. "As for Boston College, Coach McGovern was at my school and got film on me. He liked it and wants to come back and meet with me and then see where things go from there.
"Stanford was here last week and it's a little bit of a process with them. I have the academics taken care of, but I have to do some paperwork."
MacMillan is in the process of taking visits right now.
"I'm going to Iowa this weekend and then I'm not positive where but I think I'm going somewhere next weekend on the 19th," he stated. "I want to go to Iowa this weekend and see the pink locker room and how I fit in with the team. I also want to check out the academic side."
