Kansas State the first to offer 2018 Georgia WR EJ Turner

The Latest: As one of the top weapons for the nation's top overall player and quarterback, Class of 2018 wide receiver E.J. Turner has put up his share of numbers over the past two seasons. Now college coaches are starting to pay attention. Turner picked up his first offer on Tuesday, courtesy of Kansas State. Rivals.com caught up with him to get this thoughts on the Wildcats.

In His Words: "I don't know too much about them as of yet, but I am going to do a ton of research on them as soon as possible. I'm just extremely blessed to be in this situation. This offer is indescribable. I cannot thank Coach Coleman enough for taking a chance on me to extend an offer. It's a surreal feeling right now. God has blessed me tremendously and I can't wait to learn more about them and give them a closer look."

Rivals Reaction: The Wildcats coaches have unearthed some gems out of the Southeast in the past and they're hoping that Turner can be the next find. Getting in early with an offer is a big first step and the next will be getting him to campus for a visit.
