Georgia checks in a No. 2 and Foster was in Athens (Ga.) Saturday. That is when the Bulldogs offered.

"I loved everything about Georgia," said Foster. "It was my first time there and it was great. Coach [Kirby] Smart told me I am the guy they are looking for in a dual-threat quarterback and that he is going to give me me a shot to play there."

To date in 2017, Georgia is the only school Foster has visited. He is planning to visit his top school next. He plans to be at Missouri March 11.

"The reason Missouri is No. 1 is coach [Josh] Heupel (offensive coordinator)," said Foster. "We have a great bond and I love everything about him. He tells me all of the time that I am the guy he wants."

After Missouri and Georgia, it is Tennessee, South Carolina, Louisville, Southern Mississippi, Mississippi State and North Carolina State.

Foster doesn't have anymore visits planned at this time and he is unsure when he will make his decision. He is looking for the perfect fit on and off the field in a school.
