Interest heating up for Bishop McDevitt WR

Harrisburg (Pa.) Bishop McDevitt is home to at least four Division I prospects in 2008. Wide receiver Julian Harrell is one of those players to watch. Who has already taken an interest in the 6-foot-2, 210-pounder?
"I'm getting mail from Penn State, Virginia, Pittsburgh, Michigan, North Carolina State, Boston College, Illinois and Northwestern," he stated. "Nobody has offered me yet, but I'm planning to go to Notre Dame on March 4th and Pittsburgh at the end of March for junior days.

"On those visits, I just want to see what the environment is like there. I want to have a good team and see the facilities the team has."
Does Harrell have any leaders?
"I don't really have any right now," he said. "Growing up I did follow Florida, and I like that they throw the ball a lot, but I'm looking at everybody."
With so many schools interested, Harrell at least has an idea of what he's looking for out of a college.
"I want good academics, coaching and a solid team," he said. "I want to study communications and I don't think location really matters at all to me. As far as the coaches, I'm just looking for someplace I can interact with the players. I also want them to be willing to help and teach me. Of course, an offense that throws the ball a lot would be nice too."
This spring the junior wideout plans to participate in the Penn State Nike Camp.
Last year Harrell hauled in 60 receptions for 900 yards and five touchdowns on his way to honorable mention all-state honors.
