Hynoski adds Big Ten offer

Catawissa (Pa.) Southern Columbia fullback Henry Hynoski has several scholarship offers on the table including one recently from the Iowa Hawkeyes. Hynoski thinks at least one more offer might soon be on the way.
"Iowa just offered this past weekend," Hynoski said. "Connecticut is supposed to let me know sometime in the next week.

"I'm still waiting on Ohio State and Stanford. And I'm waiting on a few others like Michigan State and Northwestern."
Hynoski has visited a couple of the schools that have offered him a scholarship.
"Pitt, Rutgers and Temple have offered," he said. "I've visited Pitt and Rutgers. I have to get out to Temple. I'm going to Iowa July 12 I think. I'm just visiting the schools showing the most interest. If I get some more offers I'll visit those schools."
Hynoski will wait the recruiting process out at least a little longer.
"I'd like to decide before the football season starts," he said. "But it might go into the season just a little bit.
"Things are starting to break a little, but not enough for me to name a top two or three."
The 6-foot-0 and 235-pound Hynoski plays tailback in a wing-T offense. He rushed for 2186 yards and scored 35 times during his junior season. Hynoski averaged 11 yards per carry and has close to 5000 yards rushing for his career going into his senior season.
