"I just loved everything about Iowa, especially the coaches and players," Bain said. "I had a good feeling about them after I took my official visit there. I kind of knew then that was going to be the right place for me. I had to do some thinking, but in the end everything pointed me to Iowa."
Bain is ranked as the No. 7 player in the state of Illinois. As a junior, he had 130 tackles, bettering his sophomore mark of 95 tackles and five sacks.
