Harrell nearing announcement

Wide receiver Julian Harrell has already decided where he wants to attend college. Now it's only a matter of getting the go-ahead from the coaching staff. What school stands to land a commitment from the 6-foot-2, 216-pound prospect, and when can we expect to hear the news?
Harrell is offering few clues as to which school he's referring to, but he insists it's only a matter of time until it becomes official.

"I'm going to wait (before naming the school) but I've pretty much made up my mind," Harrell said. "They had already offered me but they hadn't seen my senior film yet. They want to see my film before I go ahead and commit. Then we'll make it official."
He did say that Michigan State and Akron were still "pretty much his top two", and both schools have offered scholarships.
Harrell has already taken an official visit to Akron and said Miami-OH was trying to bring him in for one as well. The Red Hawks have offered Harrell, as has Duke and Buffalo.
Harrell, a senior at Harrisburg (Pa.) Bishop McDevitt, is rated the No. 39 prospect in Pennsylvania.
