Harrell holds three offers
In the past few weeks offers have been picking up at Harrisburg (Pa.) Bishop McDevitt. Wide receiver Julian Harrell is no exception as the 6-foot-2, 210-pounder holds three offers at this time.
"I've got scholarships from Akron, Buffalo and Miami (Ohio)," he stated. "I got those offers about two or three weeks ago. Out of those, I know the most about Miami (Ohio) and I'm keeping an eye on them, but I still don't know too much about any of the colleges."

While the MAC schools have jumped on him early, Harrell believes quite a few colleges are close to presenting an offer.
"There's a possibility of an offer in the near future from Michigan, Pittsburgh, Tennessee and Georgia Tech," he said. "I'm really hoping Georgia Tech offers. All of those schools want to see me in person either by coming to one of my practices at school or seeing me at the Nike Camp in one-on-ones. They like my tape and just want to see me face competition."
It's fairly obvious that the Keystone State wideout is favoring the Yellow Jackets. What makes them stand out?
"They do lead for me and are real high up," he said. "I've just always wanted to go down south. I followed Florida growing up, but I know they recruited a lot of receivers and have like eight on the depth chart.
"Georgia Tech is my second favorite and now first because they throw the ball a lot for a college team. It's also nice that they have a campus that is right in the city too. If they were to offer, I'd make plans to visit and if I liked it enough I'd probably commit to them."
Harrell has Georgia Tech on top, but two other colleges are close.
"Michigan is high up there too and I like Pittsburgh a lot," he said. "I'd give Michigan a lot of attention and I like Pittsburgh because of their coaching staff. Pittsburgh probably would be leading if the threw the ball more."
Next month, the Pennsylvania prospect plans to attend the Nike Camp at Penn State and Pittsburgh combine. He's also looking at camps to Penn State, Pittsburgh, Notre Dame and Georgia Tech.
