Future Five: Sandidge adding in-state offers
The recruiting process is starting earlier than ever and prospects are sometimes

identified even before they reach high school. Much like our
series, we will spotlight five players per week that are early in their football
careers and have the potential to be highly touted college football prospects by
the time they graduate high school.
Who's interested: North Carolina and N.C. State have offered Sandidge but many
other schools already have him on their radar.
What's interesting: North Carolina is a hotbed for defensive linemen. Sandidge
could be the next one in a long line of highly rated prospects. He has a great
6-foot-5, 250-pound frame with plenty of room to add good weight. Sandidge moves
extremely well and has a very high ceiling. Expect a lot of big-time offers to
come his way.

Who's interested: St. Brown holds offers from Notre Dame, and some others. What's interesting: The 5-foot-10 St. Brown is the younger brother of Notre Dame wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown and 2017 Rivals250 wide receiver Brown. The school that Osiris chooses could have a significant impact on his younger brother. All three brothers could be headed to Notre Dame is Osiris chooses the Fighting Irish. If not, their younger brother could feel better about choosing a separate school. |

Who's interested: Major programs like Alabama, Florida, more have offered Surtain. What's interesting: Surtain's father, the former NFL All-Pro by the same name, grew up in Louisiana and went to Southern Miss so he doesn't have that a direct connection to a major school but Surtain has a lot to live up to. At around 6-feet, 175-pounds, Surtain is very fast, has good length and instincts. He plays against excellent competition every day at American Heritage, so he should be set up well to reach his potential. |

Who's Interested: Williams has offers from Miami, N.C. State, Cincinnati and a few others under his belt. What's interesting: Williams had a productive season and should be a targeted by many other colleges. He has a powerful build, good length and runs precise routes. The fact that Williams can contribute in the return game should make him even more attractive to major programs. |
