Four-star WR Keenan Jackson picks N.C. State on Signing Day
N.C. State and head coach Dave Doeren pulled off a Signing Day steal in four-star Keenan Jackson. The prolific receiver out of Matthews (N.C.) Weddington committed to North Carolina in late June, decommitted last night, and is now signing with the Wolfpack.
