Four-Star Friday is back with five players that are joining the elite ranks of four-star prospects. With the 2023 high school season nearing its end, the national analyst team identified a few previously unrated prospects that deserve a four-star rating.

"Bishop is a three-phase athlete that makes a noticeable impact wherever he lines up on the field. Primarily playing cornerback and wide receiver, Bishop, a sophomore out of Willis, Texas, has been a difference-making playmaker with multiple touchdown receptions, interceptions and pick-sixes.

"Listed at 6-foot and just under 150 pounds, Bishop plays well beyond his measurables and often looks like the best athlete on the field. He stood out in the regular-season finale in a matchup that featured Florida commit DJ Lagway, Georgia commits Justin Williams and Joseph Jonah-Ajonye and more upperclassmen FBS prospects. His athletic profile also features a background in track and basketball that suggests more developmental upside as he matures.

"It’s easy to see why Davidson, a Peachtree City (Ga.) McIntosh 2025 tight end, has exploded in recruiting circles. Just this month he’s added six offers, including three from ACC schools and two from the SEC. He’s got a big catch radius and soft hands to haul in passes. His frame (6-6, 220) has plenty of room to add lean muscle but he uses his size well to shield defenders when making plays.

"Davidson is a solid route-runner for his age and that will continue to get better with reps. He’s definitely a receiving tight end but is a willing blocker that isn’t afraid to mix it up. "Edokpayi has been fairly well-known through this fall, and now that more of his senior film is available we feel comfortable assigning him a rating. With his basketball background, Edokpayi is an impressive athlete on the field. He began his football career as a receiver but began focusing on defensive end before this season and has really taken off.

"Edokpayi has elite quickness at the snap, is rapidly improving his hand techniques as a pass rusher and run defender, and he is stronger than his lean frame indicates. He has a great motor and chases down ball carriers across the field. Edokpayi also does a good job quickly redirecting if his first move isn't effective.

Green excels as a run blocker, driving his feet on contact and using solid hand placement. Listed at 6-foot-8 and 275 pounds, Lange combines elite offensive tackle size with a special level of athleticism rarely seen from a young offensive lineman still growing into his frame.
