Four-star CB ready for visit one

Terrence Mitchell is one of the top prospects from the state of Florida. Mitchell, 5-9 and 165 pounds, is a four-star cornerback prospect from Tampa Hillsborough High School. He's a big time player on both sides of the ball. This past Friday he made big plays on both sides of the ball.
"I am finally starting to click on offense," Mitchell said. "I have not been playing as much on offense. I only catch on Friday and that was a TD. That play broke the game open.

Defensively, I played both safety and corner. I got to play man a lot against Justen (Davis from Alonso). He's good."
On that 76-yard touchdown reception Mitchell caught a pass on a crossing route and outraced everyone to the end zone. On that play Mitchell showed blazing speed.
This weekend Mitchell has his fist official visit. He will trip to Athens and the University of Georgia when the Bulldogs host the LSU Tigers.
"I am going to Georgia October 3rd and I am looking forward to this trip. I hear a lot of Florida players are going up there. I have not been to Georgia yet. I know they need cornerbacks badly. They don't have many. I am still learning about them. They did have Champ Bailey."
Two other schools hot after Mitchell played each other this past Saturday in USF and Florida State.
"I was real impressed with USF. I really didn't expect them to go to FSU and win the way they did. I am still learning about USF and their new defensive coordinator. Lindsey (Lamar) is real happy there but he's not pushing me and he wants me to make the best decision for me.
"Florida State needs help in the secondary and I think I can play at FSU. They need some defensive backs. I can play early there and make an impact.
"I am pretty open right now. I am still looking and watching the games on Saturdays. I am seeing how everyone is playing. Then you have coaches that leave and things change.
"I am still looking at schools like Tennessee, Ole Miss and North Carolina. They are the only schools that have really contacted me."
