The 6-foot-5, 268-pounder said lately he's been hearing from a solid core of schools.
"I've been hearing the most from Cincinnati, Toledo, Minnesota, Michigan State and Purdue," Farr said. "I'd probably say that Michigan State and Cincinnati are my top teams. I've not set up any official visits yet, but I'm getting close. I'm going to go to Cincinnati sometime. I also want to visit Michigan State."
Farr, who impressed at the West Lafayette NIKE Training Camp, has been working hard on both sides of the ball but a lot of schools are now talking to him about playing on the offensive side.
"I've played well," he said.
"I'm playing a lot of offensive tackle. We've lost two really close games, though. I'm pleased with how I've played. I think I've shown that I can be an impact guy on either side of the ball."
