DT Owens names likely official visits
"Right now I'd say I have about 30 or 35 offers," Plantation, Fla., defensive lineman Jeff Owens said. "Lots of them are in writing."
"Oklahoma, Miami, Florida State, North Carolina State, and Georgia. I'll probably take my visits to those five."

"But I'm still looking at Ohio State. I might make an unofficial visit to Miami since it's close, then an official visit to Ohio State."
"I'll probably decide in January after I take all my official visits. All of those schools offered me a scholarship."
The 6-foot-2 and 263 pound Owens made over 90 tackles including 15 sacks during his junior season. Owens is the No. 12 defensive tackle prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings. He is the No. 18 overall prospect in the state of Florida.
