Commitment analysis: Rivals250 DE Jahvaree Ritzie picks North Carolina
North Carolina landed another major piece of this recruiting class on Friday evening, in the form of Rivals250 defensive lineman Jahvaree Ritzie. The Kernersville (N.C.) Glenn star joins teammate Raneiria Dillworth as a Tar Heel commit. There were plenty of teams chasing Ritzie’s commitment and he did take a number of visits during the process but the familiarity with the North Carolina campus, coaches, current players, and the players in this recruiting class made it almost a no-brainer for Ritzie.
