Carter unsure about one visit

Five-star cornerback Tony Carter thought he had three official visits setup, but now he isn't so sure.
"I've got USC setup for December 12th and Tennessee for January 16th," said the Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin standout said Tuesday night.

"I had a trip to Oregon setup for December 5th, but I haven't heard from them in a long time, so I really don't know about them anymore. I might try and move that USC visit up to the 5th ."
As for other visits, Carter says one wil definitely go to Florida State, who has been his "leader" for quite sometime. "I'd also like to take a trip down to Miami maybe," Carter said.
The 5-10, 165 pound cornerback, who was named the MVP of the NIKE Camp in Gainesville back in April, recently completed his senior season at Mandarin.
Carter had four interceptions, blocked two kicks and scored five touchdowns while splitting time between wide receiver and quarterback on offense for a team that finished 6-3 and missed the playoffs.
Even though his season is over, Carter is still focused on football.
"I'm not going to play basketball this year, I decided it would be better to use that time in the weightroom to bulk up and also to get my grades right and work on my test score."
