Byers impressed with OSU visit

"I had a great time," offensive lineman Jeff Byers said when asked about his official visit to Ohio State. "I really enjoyed myself."
"I got to know a lot about the program. I picked a great game to go to. Ohio State played really well."

"I don't have any more official visits set up right now."
"I've narrowed my list down to about five to eight schools, but I haven't told all the colleges yet, so I'd rather not name them right now."
"But Ohio State has definitely made the cut."
"I think I'll make my decision on a college around the end of the season."
The 6-foot-4 and 270 pound Byers, from Loveland, Colo. is the Rivals.com number one center prospect. He has a five star rating.
Schools thought to be in the running for Byers' final spots include Colorado, Michigan, Iowa, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, and UCLA. All have offered a scholarship.
