"I got back today," Bain said of his trip to Iowa City. "It went good. The crowd was exciting. The game wasn't too exciting because Iowa kind of dominated Wisconsin.
"Wisconsin and Purdue both have some negatives and some good things. Now I have to compare them to Iowa.
"I have Minnesota Dec. 10. And I'm still looking at Michigan State, Nebraska, Kansas State, and UCLA.
"I don't have a favorite.
"Minnesota is coming Nov. 29. Coach Ianello from Wisconsin is coming Dec. 1. And Iowa is coming that week too.
"I'm going to announce my decision at the All-American game in January."
The 6-foot-2, 250 pound Bain is the No. 20 defensive tackle prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 7 prospect in the state of Illinois. He made just over 100 tackles in 10 games this season.
