Middletown (Ohio) Lakota East two-star reicever/safety Casey Kjos has been committed to Oregon State for quite some time. Has that stopped other programs from checking in on him and seeing if he's interested in looking around?

"Really once people found out that I was going to Oregon State they stopped calling and writing," Kjos, who is 6-foot-4 and 190 pounds, said. "I feel confident about Oregon State. I believe in Jesus and he had a lot to do with my decision. I made the right decision, and nothing has changed my mind."
Kjos, who also had offers from Buffalo and Eastern Michigan, said he will take his official visit this upcoming weekend. He's excited about the visit.
"I'm pumped about it," Kjos said. "I'm just going out there for the game against Stanford and really excited to see what it is like. They're going to give me the tour, and I'm going to visit with some of my family that I have out there."
Kjos said he had a good senior season, but the team didn't make the playoffs.
"I think I played pretty good this year," he said. "You always wish things could have gone better. I had a good season. I thought I played well. I can't be disappointed with how I played.
"I had four or five touchdowns this year. We had more offensive weapons, so I played more on defense. I did a better job on that."
Kjos said he's likely going to play as an athlete first for Oregon State.
"I'm not sure where they want me at," he said. "I could play receiver or free safety."
