Another star out of Jackson-Olin headed to Auburn?

Tadarrian Moultry was the guy in 2017. Coynis Miller was that in 2018. Both stars out of Birmingham (Ala.) Jackson-Olin signed with the Auburn Tigers.

Could the star there in the 2020 class be on his way to joining those guys on the Plains?

Auburn was the first school to offer Quandarrious Robinson and it came last summer, shortly after he completed his freshman year. The 6-foot-4, 200 pound outside linebacker had a big sophomore season and he has added offers from Florida, LSU, Ole Miss, South Carolina and others, but all schools are behind the Tigers.

"I have visited Auburn five or six times and I went to a lot of their games last season, so I am really liking them a lot right now," said Robinson. "They are my No. 1 school because I believe they really want me. I know it is not time for me make a decision yet, but they are recruiting me like it is my time and like I am a priority.

"They have really showed me a lot of attention and made me feel important. That has all showed me a lot. I like that and just how I feel when I am there."

Robinson has developed strong relationships with defensive line coach Rodney Garner and linebackers coach Travis Williams. The main guy for Robinson is T-Will, one of the top recruiters in the SEC.

"He is an energetic, upbeat coach who knows how to talk to guys like me. He is easy to talk to, he is always positive and he is just a coach I relate to. He would be a great coach to play for."

Now that Moultry has been at Auburn for almost a year, Robinson has gotten some feedback from him about what life is like there as a student-athlete.

"I talk to TD all the time and he has kept it real with me. He's told me not to come in expecting to be first in the drills and that you have to work hard. He talked to me about the school work and just how you have to put the work in to get the job done.

"I like what he has told me. He loves it at Auburn and I know Coynis is excited about going there, so it would be cool to end up there."

Robinson is not ruling out other schools, but at this stage in his recruitment it appears the school just over 100 miles from his home will be very tough to beat.

"I feel right at home at Auburn," said Robinson. "It is really like a second home for me. I really can see myself being there and being happy there.

"I am not saying I won't look at other schools, but Auburn is definitely my top school. Committing early has crossed my mind, but I want to check out some other schools to make sure of things before I make my decision."
