George Campbell
The Seminoles are in their customary top five slot in the rankings. In fact, Florida State currently holds commitments from more five-stars than Alabama, with four of them enrolling early. Derwin James leads the way for the Seminoles recruiting class as the nation's No. 5 overall prospect, and he is joined in the five-star ranks by Tarvarus McFadden, George Campbell, Jacques Patrick, and Josh Sweat. The five-stars combine with six four-star prospects to give Florida State 11 commitments in the Rivals250 and five other four-star prospects just outside the Rivals250.

USC
Ykili Ross
One of the biggest movers has been the USC Trojans. Steve Sarkisian and the Trojans added commitments from Ronald Jones II, Ykili Ross, and Marvell Tell during the All-American game commitment season. On Friday, Rivals100 linebacker Osa Masina committed to USC. The Trojans class now sits at 20 commitments, 12 of which are Rivals250 members. Jacob Daniel also saw his ranking rise 53 spots. The news was not all good, with quarterbacks Sam Darnold and Ricky Town moving down in the last evaluation period, but overall it was a strong period for the Trojans, who currently hold the nation's third highest average star ranking.

Clemson
Deon Cain
The Clemson Tigers remain in the No. 4 slot. Clemson also gives the ACC as many teams in the top five as the SEC and Clemson is the only team in the ACC outside of Florida State with a five-star commitment. The Tigers have three five-star commitments with Christian Wilkins and Deon Cain both picking up their fifth stars during the final evaluation period. Ray-Ray McCloud III rounds out the five-star group. Clemson did see Mitch Hyatt fall to the four-star ranks, but overall, it was a very good period for the Tigers, who hold commitments from 11 Rivals250 members.
5
Tennessee
Kahlil McKenzie
Butch Jones and the Volunteers stayed put in the national team rankings, but the Volunteers definitely made some strong impressions. Kyle Phillips made one of the biggest moves of anyone in the rankings as he moved up 114 spots into the five-star ranks. He joins fellow Volunteer Kahlil McKenzie as a five-star and he gives Tennessee four Rivals100 members. Six more Volunteer commitments made the Rivals250 with Darrell Taylor jumping into the rankings. Preston Williams fell 80 spots, but the Volunteers' 27-man class stays solid at No. 5 in the team rankings.
6
Georgia
Terry Godwin
The Bulldogs slipped out of the top five after the final rankings were released, but six is not so bad. Trenton Thompson and Terry Godwin continue to lead the way as five-star prospects, with new Georgia commitment D'Andre Walker the biggest mover, jumping up 127 spots and into the Rivals100. Mark Richt now holds commitments from seven Rivals100 members, with four more four-star prospects in the class. The Bulldogs just lost a commitment from Van Jefferson, which did not help, but they have a very solid 25-man recruiting class.
7
Ohio State
Mike Weber
The Buckeyes win a national championship and move up one spot in the national team rankings. They are the first Big Ten team to make an appearance and are led by linebackers Jerome Baker and Justin Hilliard. The linebackers are joined by running back Mike Weber in the Rivals100, and round out a class with 10 Rivals250 members. The Buckeyes saw a couple of guys make big jumps, including Dre'Mont Jones and Carlton Davis, and hold commitments from nine different states.
8
Notre Dame
Brandon Wimbush
The Fighting Irish move up one spot in the rankings even after the recent loss of four-star defensive back Prentice McKinney to North Carolina. Quarterback Brandon Wimbush continues to lead the way. Shaun Crawford gives the Fighting Irish their second Rivals100 commitment and the two are joined by eight prospects in the Rivals250. As usual, the Fighting Irish class is heavy in the Midwest, but also features a strong national presence with prospects from Louisiana, California, Texas, New Jersey, and Nevada.
9
Texas A&M
Christian Kirk
Texas A&M fell a few spots during the final period. The Aggies drop to No. 9, but still have a very good class, headlined by five-star wide receiver Christian Kirk. The biggest positive for Texas A&M was Richard Moore's move from outside the Rivals250 to No. 129. Offensive tackle Connor Lanfear also made a nice jump from three-star to four-star. The Aggies currently hold commitments from nine Rivals250 recruits, but saw Jordan Davis drop from the four-star ranks. Overall, the Aggies saw some good and some bad with 11 of its 23 commitments coming in ranked four-star or above.
10
Texas
Deshon Elliott
The Longhorns make their first appearance in the top 10 and have seen a big surge down the stretch. Charlie Strong gives the Big 12 it's lone representative in the Top 10 and the Longhorns class saw some solid movement in the final ranking period. Linebacker Anthony Wheeler was one of the biggest movers of the group as he moved up 162 spots and into the Rivals100. Charles Omenihu and Deshon Elliott also made big moves of their own as they jumped up from the three-star level to the four-star level. Overall, the Longhorns have six Rivals250 members and have the Big 12's only five-star commitment in Malik Jefferson.
