5 offers for Miami junior WR

There is no question that South Florida is loaded with some big time wide receiver prospects in the Class of 2010. One of the very best is Joshua Reese from Miami (Fla.) Central High School. Reese, 6-0 and 175 pounds, had a big junior season, catching 40 passes for 793 yards and 10 scores. He plays with quarterback Jeffrey Godfrey, one of the top junior quarterbacks in Florida.
"We play real good together," Reese said. "We have like a sixth sense and we know what we are going to do and run without really saying it. And we would like to go play college ball together. It's something we talk about it."

According to Reese he has scholarship offers from Central Florida, South Florida, Florida State, Tennessee and Florida International.
"Those were some unexpected offers to be honest with you. I mean I thought I would get offers but never this early. I thought they would come next year during the season.
"I have been hearing from Georgia, Florida, Oregon, FSU, Michigan and Miami and I like those schools too. I am open with everyone. I just want to play in an open offense that will throw the football. I would like to play early as well."
Reese was certainly one of the camp standouts at the Badger Sports Skills Passing Camp in Miami yesterday. He is quick off the line, runs great routes and has super hands. Reese more than held his own against some quality defensive backs like Lamarcus Joyner.
