We haven’t even done a numerical Rivals100 for the class of 2019 yet, but with so many offers going out for the class of 2020 as the recruiting cycle continues to speed up, we thought it would be a good time to take a look at some of the top rising sophomores in the country. We call it 20 for 20 and will roll out four a day this week for you to keep an eye on. Today’s list is led by the younger brother of a current five-star recruit.

This group boasts two players who are sons of former NFL standouts as Myles Hinton’s dad Chris was a standout offensive lineman for the Colts and others and RJ Micken’s dad Ray played for the Jets and others. Both have clearly been coached up well not only by their parents but also by their high school coaches. Hinton’s upside could surpass that of his older brother, Christopher, who is already a five-star in the 2019 class. Micken won’t have to worry about the lack of size his dad had to battle through during his career.

Florida wide receiver Deajaun McDougle could be the next speedy star from South Florida and cuts on a dime while Kobe Hudson is one of the best pure athletes in Georgia regardless of class and could play either way.

Here’s a breakdown of each from our analyst team.

“Hinton will play both sides of the ball in high school, but at the next level he looks like a big-time offensive tackle. He is naturally strong, he is advanced fundamentally and he is only going to get better. He was in the rotation as a freshman and he will become one of the leaders up front for his team in 2017. Hinton has been racking up big offer after big offer. There are no early favorites, but keep an eye on where his brother, 2019 five-star Christopher Hinton, goes, because they would love to play together.” – Chad Simmons, Rivals.com Southeast Recruiting Analyst

“McDougle's strength is his acceleration. It’s how he's able to best older, bigger defensive backs in game and camp settings. His explosiveness makes him difficult to jam and allows him to be a deep threat in the passing game. LSU offered McDougle in late March, and seemed to jump near the top of his list. He also holds offers from Oklahoma, Oregon and others.” – Rob Cassidy, Rivals.com Florida Recruiting Analyst

“Do you want Hudson to be a ball-hawk in the secondary at free safety or do you want him to make plays for you with the ball on offense? He can do both and he will do both throughout his high school career. He is scary quick with great instincts. He plays above his age and he is so naturally gifted. Around 20 schools have offered and Alabama and Georgia are two schools Hudson is high on early.” -- Simmons

“RJ is the son of former NFL cornerback Ray Mickens, but is already taller than his father. He may not quite be at that elite level in terms of pure speed, but his instincts in coverage and understanding when and how to locate incoming passes are second nature. In his recent appearance at the Rivals 3 Stripe Camp presented by adidas, he turned in one of the top performances of the day in pass coverage. Mickens has a number of top offers and most recently picked up Baylor, Michigan and Tennessee.” – Nick Krueger, Rivals.com Texas Recruiting Analyst
