Zuttah favors Panthers, Hawkeyes

Jeremy Zuttah is one of the most highly rated offensive linemen in the country, and he has narrowed his list of favorites down to two. Who are his leaders?
“My leaders right now are Pitt and Iowa," said Zuttah. "They are really close right now. I am also interested in Boston College, Maryland, NC State and Ohio State. Rutgers and Virginia Tech are also in the running.”

The 6-foot-4, 285-pound Zuttah likes several things about both of his leaders.
“Pitt is really close to home, and they are becoming a real national powerhouse. They have also have some great recruits commit to them. Their staff is doing a great job of attracting talent. Iowa is also a national powerhouse. They're building something that's going to last. I think they have one of the top three programs in the Big Ten.”
Over the summer Zuttah took unofficial visits to Pitt, Virginia, Rutgers and Maryland, and he plans to take official visits once the season is over. He will then narrow his choices down to his five favorites.
"I've really worked on my speed a lot since last year," he said. "I was already bench pressing like 320 pounds, but now my 40-time is down around 4.9 seconds."
Edison (N.J.) JP Stevens boasts a 5-1 record after six games, and Zuttah already has 45 pancake blocks. He carries a 3.0 GPA and has scored a 1260 on the SAT.
