Zepp makes dream commitment

Louisville (Ken.) St. Xavier defensive end Danny Zepp realized a dream come true this past weekend.
"I committed to Boston College this weekend," said the 6-foot-4, 275-pounder. "They were always my first choice and they offered last Monday. I almost committed when I got the offer, but I wanted to visit first and make sure I liked it. It was actually even better than I expected."

Zepp was hosted by former St. X standout Phil Mettling and got along well with coaches and players alike. He also loves the academics at BC.
"Getting a degree from them sets you up for the rest of your life," he said. "It's more than just football there."
Zepp made a splash earlier this season when he sacked Louisville (Ken.) Male four-star stud Michael Bush three times in a game.
