Zematis official visit goes well

Bloomfield Hills (Mich.) Andover defensive end and tight end Brian Zematis committed to Indiana before Gerry DiNardo was fired. Zematis recommitted to the Hoosiers over a week ago, then made his official visit to Bloomington this past weekend.
"It went good," Zematis said. "I couldn't be happier with what I heard. I really enjoyed the academic things I heard about. And all the players were ecstatic about the new coaching staff.

"Then coach Hoeppner and one of the assistants came to my house (Monday). It went very well. I'll definitely sign with Indiana."
The 6-foot-4 and 230 pound Zematis made 111 tackles including six sacks during his senior season. However he said he thinks he will get his first shot with the Hoosiers as a tight end. Zematis caught 12 passes this season.
