Yet Another Top Tight End in Virginia

The state of Virginia is loaded with quality tight ends this recruiting year. Here's yet another one with some impressive offers.
"I have offers from Virginia Tech, Pitt and Marshall so far and I think Maryland, Virginia and Michigan State will offer soon," said Alexandria (Va.) Mount Vernon tight end Justin Bell. "I'm wide open. I'm looking for a program where I can play early and will be able to play in some big games."

Bell, who stands 6-foot-3 and weighs 250 pounds, is a terrific blocker with soft hands as well. As a junior he caught 12 passes for 176 yards. Half of his catches were for scores as Bell was utilized quite well in the red zone.
"I'm a big target and I can get open," he said. "I'd like to get the ball more this season."
Bell is also a standout defensive end and will be moved to middle linebacker this year. His 4.8-second speed in the 40-yard dash is deceptive.
"I'm quicker on the field," he said. "I'm looking forward to playing linebacker this year."
As for official visit destinations, Bell said he'd "most likely visit Virginia Tech and Pitt and take a look and see who else offers."
