Xavier Carter commits
The winner in the battle to land five-star receiver Xavier Carter is over and to nobody’s surprise the 6-foot-3, 190-pounder is a Bayou Bengal.
"I just feel like LSU's offense fits me because they pass the ball down the field," Carter told FloridaToday.com.

Carter, ranked as the nation’s No. 5 receiver, picked the Tigers over Florida, Florida State, Miami and UCLA. He visited the national champion Tigers back on November 7.
“We’re talking about a kid who’ll probably be in the Olympics next year or four years down the road,” Palm Bay coach Dan Burke said.
“A lot of guys can run, but not like Xavier. He’s on a whole different level of speed."
