Wyoming lands Texas LB

Wyoming has always done a very good job in Dallas Ft Worth Metroplex trolling for talent, and it's the Metroplex where the Cowboys have landed their latest commitment. This time it's from a defensive end.
"I committed to Wyoming this weekend," Everman, Texas, 6-foot-1, 220-pound outside linebacker Lawrence Alexander said. "I went up there this weekend for my visit, and I went skiing for the first time. I figured if I didn't kill myself doing that, then Wyoming is the right place for me."

Alexander, a first-team all-district pick as a junior and a senior, picked Wyoming over Colorado State, UTEP and Iowa State. He also had an offer from Colorado State.
Alexander said he was recruited by Wyoming assistant Bill Cockhill.
