Wyatt ready for next step

Justin Wyatt says he's ready to make the next step. He's ready to sign his national letter of intent and head off to USC.
"It's time to show some people what I have," Wyatt said. "They just didn't throw my way much at all this year."

In fact, Wyatt says only three balls were caught on him all season.
The 5-foot-10, 175-pound cornerback prospect had committed to USC in the summer, but then took a couple of recruiting trips to Oregon and Arizona before coming to the conclusion that his first choice was also his best.
"Oregon is in the same predicament as USC. They only have a couple of corners coming back.
"But after I visited Arizona, I just felt like it was best for me to stay at home and play in front of my family.
"Plus, coach Carroll is a defensive coach."
Martin also played offense as a senior. As a quarterback, he passed for more than 1,200 yards and 12 touchdowns and rushed for more than 1,000 yards.
The Compton (Calif.) Dominguez senior reportedly has 4.3-second 40-yard dash speed. His teammate at Dominguez, LaJuan Ramsey, has also committed to USC.
"LaJuan's a really good player," Wyatt said.
"He's going to be good wherever he plays because he's so quick.
"I'm not sure where they're talking about playing him, but he could play defensive end, linebacker, tight end.
"He could play just about anywhere."
