Wright looking for more offers

Woodbridge (Va.) C.D. Hylton offensive tackle Chasz Wright holds a pair of offers. The 6-foot-7, 274-pounder's latest scholarship came from a BCS program. In the meantime, the lineman is wrapping up his summer camp schedule.
"Things are going well for me," he said. "I still have two offers from Old Dominion and Connecticut. I got the one from Connecticut during the school year, towards the end of the year."

Wright discussed how the UConn offer came about.
"I wasn't really expecting Connecticut to offer me," he said. "I had talked to their coach and we had been going back and forth for awhile. Then, they called one day and told my coach they planned to offer."
Wright also shared his thoughts on the UConn program.
"I've watched Connecticut and looked at their line," he said.. "As far as offense goes, I am really impressed with it. They've sent me a lot of information about the school and the coaches. They've impressed me a lot overall, as has Old Dominion."
Wright recently camped at Maryland and plans to head to Texas Tech on Thursday for a one day.
"I did great at Maryland and the coaches were impressed with me," he said. "They wanted to stay in contact and want to see me this fall. They also want me to come down for a visit too."
In addition, Wright has been in touch with Cincinnati and Penn State.
He is also contemplating trips to Connecticut, Old Dominion and Maryland before the end of the summer.
So, is Wright favoring any school?
"Right now Connecticut is impressing me as well as Cincinnati," he said. "Both of those have reached out a lot about their schools and teams. They are always extending an invitation for me to visit. It's small things like that that are keeping my interest."
Wright noted that he has no plans of a decision in the near future as he wants to take his official visits.
