WR Stanford sees Ohio State

Cincinnati (Ohio) Taft wide receiver Dwayne Stanford lived up to his billing at the Columbus Nike Camp a week ago.
While the trip to Columbus was specifically for the Nike Camp, Stanford was more excited because of the opportunity to check out Ohio State.

The 6-foot-5, 185-pound Rivals100 prospect, ranked No. 93 overall in the nation, had nothing but good things to say about the Buckeyes on Sunday afternoon.
"I felt like the camp went real good but I was most happy about getting to see Ohio State," Stanford explained. "At the camp I learned some stuff from the trainers and they taught some things on how to improve my speed.
"I got to take a little tour around the facilities and it was my first time seeing all of that.
"Ohio State was real nice. It was everything I'm looking for. The facilities are real good."
Stanford was supposed to check out the Buckeyes' biggest rival this weekend but those plans fell apart.
"I wanted to go up to Michigan this weekend but coach Hoke wasn't there. I was talking to coach Smith and he just said we'll have to reschedule it," Stanford said. "It will be sometime later on."
He went on to say that he's open to visiting a few other schools during the summer and beyond.
At the end of the summer Stanford is hoping to trim his list a bit.
