WR Parker rock solid to WVU

Two weeks ago, Miami (Fla.) Booker T. Washington wideout Lamar Parker helped lead his team to a Class 4A state title. Parker played a big role in his team's success this season. The three-star prospect finished the year with 42 receptions for 739 yards and nine touchdowns.
During the fall, he took an official visit to Utah with teammates Deltron Hopkins and Nigel Bethel II. He said it was a good visit and it gave him something to think about. Despite the enjoyable visit it didn't effect his status to West Virginia.

After the state championship game he reiterated his commitment and he said he is working on other Booker T. standouts.
"My mind is on West Virginia right now," noted Parker. "I'm 100%. I have a great relationship with Coach (Ja'Juan) Seider. He is like a father figure to me. I'm trying to get Treon Harris and Demetrius Jackson. It can be a package deal."
As a junior, Parker racked up 554 yards on 32 receptions and six touchdowns en route to another Class 4A crown.
