Three-star wideout and return specialist Isaiah McKenzie has set an announcement date of Sunday, October 6. He doesn't have any plans to do a big press conference or attract much attention.

McKenzie will decide between Notre Dame, Rutgers, and West Virginia. The Irish and Mountaineers want him at receiver while the Scarlet Knights want him at running back according to the electric athlete.
He has one official visit set and he is planning his other trips with his family. McKenzie said, "For Notre Dame I'm going up for the USC game (Oct. 19). For West Virginia and Rutgers I'm planning that later on."
The Irish may have the edge as McKenzie says they are recruiting him the hardest. He has been to South Bend before and raved about his trip. He stated, "They showed me a lot. The players were cool and nice. It's like a family there. And coach (Tony) Alford treats me like his own son."
McKenzie's Twitter handler is appropriately named @JoyStick_Izzy. His ability to maneuver through traffic on punt returns and on bubble screens makes him a constant scoring threat. He is very explosive, but he is excellent at setting up blocks and being patient waiting for a crease.
The team that lands him will have an outstanding return man and prototypical slot receiver.
During his junior campaign, McKenzie recorded an eye-popping 840 yards on thirty receptions and fifteen touchdowns. His 28 yards per catch average ranked among the best in Broward County.
