WR Hopkins talks Utah visit

Miami (Fla.) Booker T. Washington wide receiver Deltron Hopkins took a visit to Utah this past weekend with a couple of his teammates.
Hopkins is committed to Appalachian State, but he is considering the Utes. He chose the Mountaineers over a Hawaii offer and interest from Florida Atlantic.

The two-star flanker said the visit went well although he left without an offer. Hopkins stated, "It was a great trip. There were some great things I saw in Utah. They will be giving me a call soon to tell me what's up (about the offer)."
What would it take for him to flip from his commitment?
"I would have to make the right choice," noted Hopkins. "If they offer it would be an 80% chance I'd flip."
As a junior, Hopkins hauled in 21 passes for 506 yards and nine touchdowns while helping his team win the Class 4A state championship.
This season he has helped Booker T. Washington earn the No. 1 spot in the RivalsHigh100 rankings. Two weeks ago, he racked up 108 yards receiving on five receptions and a touchdown in the Tornadoes 28-17 upset win over previously ranked No. 1 Miami (Fla.) Central.
