WR Hill is close to getting his first offer

Arguably the top receiver on the East Coast is Arrelious Benn, but Fort Washington (Md.) Friendly head coach Marcus Berry thinks he's got the next best wide receiver in the region in Vincent Hill.
"For this area, Benn is No. 1 and Hill has got to be No. 2 they are both way ahead of everybody else in the region," he said. "He has been receiving interest from just about everyone on the East Coast including Virginia, Maryland, Penn State, West Virginia and even a few others like Louisville and Michigan State.

"Hill has unbelievable hand eye coordination and separates very well. Derrick Williams was a great receiver out of this area and I'd say Vincent is a better receiver, but Derrick certainly has the speed on him. Vincent is a great route runner and he very rarely drops the ball. He's tough as hell and he isn't afraid to go over the middle."
The 6-foot-0, 185-pounder with 4.47-second speed appears to be favoring Virginia early.
"I believe Virginia is very close to offering and they are his favorite I think," he said. "He's got a real good relationship with coach Groh and Garrett. He dominated their camp last summer and I know they love him."
Hill plans to head to Maryland's upcoming junior day this month.
Last season he hauled in 42 receptions for 879 yards and 11 touchdowns. He went on to be named second team all-state as a junior.
