Bolingbrook (Ill.) junior wide receiver prospect Carl Fisher (6-foot-2, 205 pounds) has added his second scholarship offer from the Iowa State University Cyclones.
"I was offered by Iowa State a few weeks ago," Fisher said. "I really don't know much about the school or the program except that I've seen them play on TV a few times and I also like the uniforms. I'm excited about getting an offer from the Cyclones and I'm going to do some research on them shortly."
Fisher, who now has early offers from the Cyclones and Utah, has also been drawing plenty of mail and recruiting interest this spring.
"I've been getting a ton of mail over the last several weeks. I'm getting steady hand written mail lately from North Carolina, Texas Tech, Notre Dame, Northwestern and Iowa."
Fisher is also hoping to take in a few spring practices over the next few weeks.
"I'm still trying to figure things out, and I've been invited by about 6-7 different schools to see either a spring practice or a spring game. I'm going to try and check out Northwestern, Notre Dame and Illinois over the next few weeks. Those are basically the closest schools I'll be able to check out."
Fisher is also giving thought to his summer camp plans.
"I'm probably going to try and hit a few college one-day camps this summer. I'm thinking about camping at Northwestern and Notre Dame this summer."
