WR Eugene to check out Temple

Junior college wide receiver Malcolm Eugene has been receiving a lot of interest from Temple lately and he has an official visit scheduled for Friday to check the Owls out.
Temple is a program on the rise and their coaching staff has had more to sell recruits on now than at any point in recent memory.

Eugene has been on the radar for a little while now. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound receiver from ASA College in Brooklyn had a huge sophomore season, hauling in 49 receptions for 898 yards and eight scores. He also passed for one touchdown of 32 yards.
Eugene will be visiting Temple this weekend and that's when the recruiting process should really heat up. Is there a chance the Owls could offer?
"Well, they said they're going to discuss that when I get down there," Eugene said. "My coach, my offensive coordinator, said they're most likely going to offer.
"I really don't know anything about Temple. I hope to find out a lot more about them. I'm kind of new to the whole recruiting thing."
Eugene will be taking an official visit to Stony Brook either next weekend or the weekend after that, depending on whether he participates in an all-star game.
Maine is the only school that has offered thus far. That offer game in midseason.
