Worthington talks about another visit

Athol Springs (N.Y.) St. Francis defensive end Doug Worthington, an Ohio State commitment since the summer, after a trip to Alabama over the weekend has now made three official visits.
"My visit to Alabama went good," Worthington said. "The atmosphere there is great. As far as party wise, it was probably my best visit. And I liked the coaches.

"But I'm still committed to Ohio State. Everyone is nervous about the situation there. Each week I hear something different from other coaches.
"But as long as nothing else happens, I'm still Ohio State."
The 6-foot-7 and 256 pound Worthington has made official visits to Ohio State, Alabama, and Wisconsin. He still plans to visit Florida Jan. 14.
"And I might take a visit to Boston College, Pitt, or Notre Dame," Worthington said.
Worthington is the No. 5 strongside defensive end prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 2 prospect in the state of New York.
