Word spreading about Graham

Bastrop (La.) three-star 2016 wide receiver Isaiah Graham had a solid season in 2013 as he earned first-team all-district honors. However, he wanted to make sure college coaches knew who he was before the 2014 season so he made his way from college to college on the summer camp circuit.
"I've been going to a lot of camps and making a lot of noise. I'm just competing and trying to get my name out," Graham said. "I went to Bama, Texas Tech, LSU, and TCU."

His final camp of the summer proved to be quite productive, as he caught attention of coaches in Baton Rouge at the LSU camp.
"It was a good experience. I liked it there. It was a good atmosphere. It was a good camp," Graham said. "I like the competition and the coaches. I really liked that they kept it a high tempo camp and it wasn't a slower camp. That's what I liked about it."
LSU's camp was not the only productive camp for the Bastrop standout, with two other camps standing out in his mind.
"TCU, Bama, and LSU were the top three camps. I like all three of those camps," Graham said. "TCU, it was just the atmosphere. They really showed me a lot of love and I really liked that camp. Bama, it was a real nice camp too. LSU, was probably the best one of all of them."
Since hitting the camp circuit he has seen an increase in college interest.
"Tennessee, they just showed some interest the other day, and I just talked to one of their coaches," Graham said. "LSU. TCU is really the school that's on the borderline when it comes to offering. Bama is showing a little interest. There's some other schools out there, but those are really the main schools right now showing a lot of interest."
TCU has shown the most interest in Graham, and he is already starting to build relationships in Fort Worth.
"Me and the receivers coach, coach Burns, have a real good relationship," Graham said. "He's a real good coach."
When it comes to recruiting, Graham is keeping an open mind and does not list any leaders right now. However, he does have a few visit plans for the fall.
"I have a couple of schools I was going to see, a couple of visits I was going to take to watch some games," Graham said. "I'm supposed to be going to Bama, TCU, LSU, and Ole Miss right now."
With the 2014 season approaching, Graham and his Bastrop teammates have started workouts, and Graham has a few goals in mind.
"It's going well. I'm just working hard and trying to get this win as a team. I'm just looking team-wise and trying to get to state and get a ring," Graham said. "I'm just getting better and trying to be better than I was last year. I've gotten faster. I ran track. I'm just trying to make bigger plays and become that player."
Graham recorded 38 receptions for 689 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2013.
