Word on Lynott spreading

Not so long ago, Tim Lynott was a regional recruit drawing interest from the in-state schools are a few other programs in the general vicinity of Colorado. Those days are over.
The Aurora (Colo.) Regis Jesuit offensive lineman is well on his way to becoming a national name - a player pursued by top programs across the country. Both UCLA and Washington State have offered in recent days. Oregon has joined the party as well. And while his offer lists stands at five for the time being, it's likely to grow in a hurry.

It's not as though his talent is some secret. Not anymore.
"I've been talking to a lot of new coaches and stuff," Lynott said on Thursday. "I'm talking a lot to Washington, Boise State, Penn State, Oregon State, USC and a few others."
Lynott's father attended both Penn State and Colorado, but isn't pushing his son in either direction. That's not to say he doesn't share stories. He does what he can to provide unique insight.
"He just tells me all the stuff he likes about those places," Lynott said. "It's nice to have him tell me about them. It's a little thing, but it's not a really big thing that is going to make my decision by itself."
Lynott plans to visit Arizona State during his spring break. And while he is yet to secure an offer from the Sun Devils, some preliminary contact has been made. Still, the trip to Tempe is multipurpose.
I'll definitely see it when I got out there on spring break," Lynott said. "I think that's around Marc 20 for me. I'm going to visit ASU and do some vacation stuff out there, too."
The 6-foot-4 Lynott names no favorites in the process at this juncture and has set no timetable for a verbal commitment.
