Wolridge totals five offers

Lexington, Texas linebacker Andrew Wolridge had already accumulated an impressive list of offers before this last week, but the total number just continues to rise.
The 6-foot-2, 225-pounder, who is getting recruited as a linebacker, defensive end, and also a fullback by several schools, previously held offers from Baylor, Duke, and Missouri. Two more Big 12 schools have joined the others with their offers.

"The other day there was the Oklahoma State offer and then Texas Tech offered me yesterday," Wolridge said. "I've been in contact with coach (Doug) Meacham from Oklahoma State for a while. Coach (Charlie) Sadler from Tech had come by the school to get my film. So I kind of expected something from those two schools."
More coaches have come by as well for Wolridge. The talented linebacker says that coach Mark Tommerdahl from Texas A&M and along with coaches from TCU and SMU also stopped by recently.
Wolridge says that all of the schools on his list that have offered are currently even in his mind. He's currently putting in research on each one to separate some favorites in the future.
He's also being looked at for several different positions.
"Baylor is recruiting me as an athlete," he said. "Duke is recruiting me as a defensive end, Missouri as a linebacker, Oklahoma State is as a linebacker or defensive end, and Texas Tech is recruiting me at linebacker.
"Texas A&M seems to be talking about recruiting me for fullback. I'm kind of preferring linebacker. I like both fullback and linebacker, but I would say I prefer linebacker."
