Witucki to visit Big Ten school

Jake Witucki is waiting for his first offer from a school in a BCS conference and it might be coming soon.
Of course, only time will tell. There are reasons for optimism, however.

The 6-foot-5, 285-pound offensive tackle from Natrona Heights (Pa.) Highlands has an offer from Kent State and recently a Big Ten school has been showing him a lot of love.
"I'm supposed to be heading up to Purdue for an unofficial soon," Witucki said. "I got invited to the spring game but I have to plan that out."
Witucki said he will be in West Lafayette on Monday, so that trip is coming up quickly. He's hoping the Boilermakers decide to offer him.
"Honestly, I'm not sure (how interested Purdue is)," Witucki said on Wednesday. "They called my coach and wanted to give me camp information. My coach told them that we might be able to come up. We called them and scheduled an unofficial."
Does he know much about the Boilermakers?
"Not right now," he admitted. "I'm curious to head up there, though. I mean, I like the football program."
